What does SuntechIT Global do?
SuntechIT Global helps Australian businesses hire and manage offshore talent with full transparency, legal protection, and operational control through our Managed Talent Infrastructure™ model.
Is SuntechIT Global an Australian company?
Yes. SuntechIT Global operates through an Australian-registered Pty Ltd, with contracts governed by Australian law and payments made to an Australian bank account.
Is this outsourcing?
No. This is not traditional outsourcing. You work directly with dedicated developers who are part of your team, while SuntechIT Global manages employment, compliance, and risk.
Are the developers dedicated to my business?
Yes. All developers are full-time and work exclusively for your business. They are not shared across clients.
Which countries do you hire from?
We primarily source talent from Sri Lanka, Vietnam, the Philippines, and India, selected for technical capability, communication standards, and alignment with Australian businesses.
Can I interview and approve developers before hiring?
Yes. You interview and approve every developer before they join your team.
What roles can I hire?
We provide developers, engineers, QA specialists, cloud and DevOps experts, AI & ML engineers, enterprise consultants (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), designers, and business support roles.
How does pricing work?
You pay the developer’s actual salary plus a fixed monthly management fee. There are no percentage markups or hidden costs.
Will I see the developer’s real salary?
Yes. Salary transparency is a core part of our model. You see exactly what your developer is paid.
Are there any long-term contracts?
No. There are no long-term lock-ins. Our model is designed to earn trust through performance, not contracts.
Who is the legal employer of the developer?
SuntechIT Global is the legal employer in the developer’s country, handling contracts, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
Are contracts governed by Australian law?
Yes. Your commercial agreement with SuntechIT Global is governed by Australian law.
Is IP ownership protected?
Yes. All work produced by your developers belongs to your business, with IP protection built into contracts.
What happens if a developer leaves?
We provide fast replacements to ensure continuity, with minimal disruption to your delivery.
How do I know the work is actually getting done?
We use verified time tracking with activity levels, screenshots, and transparent timesheets, so you only pay for logged work.
Do I have access to time tracking data?
Yes. You have full visibility into time logs, activity levels, and outputs.
Can developers work in my tools and workflows?
Absolutely. Your developers integrate into your existing tools, processes, and communication channels.
What is Dedicated Remote Staffing?
Dedicated Remote Staffing provides full-time offshore developers who work exclusively for your business, while we manage employment and compliance.
What is Employer of Record (EOR)?
EOR allows you to hire offshore employees without setting up a local entity. SuntechIT Global becomes the legal employer while you manage day-to-day work.
What is Offshore Development Centre as a Service (ODCaaS)?
ODCaaS enables you to operate your own offshore development centre with multiple dedicated engineers, without setting up infrastructure or an overseas office.
Can I switch between services as I grow?
Yes. Many clients start with Remote Staffing or EOR and later move to ODCaaS as their teams scale.
Can I hire the developer directly?
Yes. After 24 months, you can hire the developer directly at no cost, with no buyout or restrictive clauses.
How quickly can I start?
Depending on the role, you can begin interviews within days and have developers onboarded in a few weeks.
